Gabriel Hoggard joined A Beazley Architecture with a rich background in construction and a passion for innovative design. Before his time at the firm, Gabe gained invaluable experience working alongside professionals and ministers on home renovations and light construction projects, deepening his knowledge of construction practices and the industry as a whole. His passion for ministry led him to the University of Louisiana, where he began developing “HOPE Architecture,” a modular building system aimed at revolutionizing missions’ architecture by adapting to local materials and cultural building styles.
Gabe’s innovative spirit and drive for creative solutions were further demonstrated through the development of “EAU TARP,” a durable tarping system designed to protect manufactured homes from hurricane damage. This project was one of the four winners in the 2022 Jump Into STEM competition, earning him the opportunity to work with research professionals at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) during the summer of 2023. There, he compiled research on manufactured housing, contributing to the expansion of the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) by the US Department of Energy.
Gabe’s unique blend of hands-on construction experience and forward-thinking design makes him a valuable asset to our team.
