Adam Beazley, as the lead designer and project manager while at Architects Beazley Moliere, spearheaded the transformative Pine Street Medical Office Building project for Beauregard Memorial Hospital. The goal was to utilize an 8,000 square foot building situated across the street from the hospital, creating a permanent space to accommodate three outpatient doctors.

To achieve this vision, the building underwent a complete gutting and reconfiguration. The result was a thoughtfully designed space featuring a central nurse station, shared waiting and lobby areas, and a fully functional X-ray Room, serving both the occupying doctors and the hospital itself. Each doctor was provided with multiple exam rooms, a single procedure room, and storage space, while all other areas were efficiently shared between them.

The project, executed with precision and dedication, reached its successful completion in October of 2011, boasting a total construction cost of $680,000. The Pine Street Medical Office Building now stands as a testament to Adam Beazley’s expertise and ingenuity, providing a seamless and functional space for the doctors and enhancing the healthcare offerings of Beauregard Memorial Hospital.
