While serving as the principal at Architects Beazley Moliere, Adam Beazley assumed the role of lead designer and project manager for an exciting new interior office space project. This endeavor involved designing a captivating workspace for a rapidly expanding technology company, with the goal of attracting and retaining young tech talent from across the country by creating a fun and exciting environment for them to work in.

The project began with the renovation of an existing lease space within a local newspaper building, which was transformed to accommodate the new and promising tech company. To achieve a futuristic and forward-moving aesthetic, linear magnetic LED fixtures were strategically utilized to illuminate the space, imparting a sense of innovation and progress. Pops of the company’s corporate colors were thoughtfully integrated at key spaces, adding visual interest and reinforcing brand identity.

The interior build-out encompassed a diverse range of functional areas, including large open office spaces, inviting break rooms, recreational rooms, a workout area, and a fully equipped shower and locker room to cater to the employees’ well-being and work-life balance.

Adam’s expertise and vision extended beyond this initial project, as he went on to design four more satellite offices across Louisiana, Texas, and Alabama, applying the established aesthetic to create cohesive and attractive work environments for the company’s expanding workforce.

This remarkable 7,820 square foot office build-out was successfully completed in January 2017, standing as a testament to Adam Beazley’s innovative design approach and commitment to crafting spaces that inspire and engage employees, fostering a productive and enjoyable work atmosphere. This project won a Gold medal in the prestigious 2017 INDesign Awards for Interior Design.
